A durable floor starts with careful preparation and accurate installation. Farwood helps you choose a suitable flooring system, supplies the agreed materials, and handles installation and finishing.
Laminate and herringbone laminate
We install laminate with a suitable underlay, clean transitions, and carefully fitted skirting boards and transition profiles.
Parquet and existing wooden floors
We install parquet and herringbone parquet. We can also repair, sand and, where necessary, relay existing wooden floors.
Preparation and finishing
When agreed, we remove the existing floor and prepare the subfloor. We also provide levelling, high skirting boards, cover strips and transition profiles.
A level subfloor and a clean finish
The condition of the subfloor largely determines the final result. We inspect it in advance and advise whether underlay, repairs or levelling are needed before the new floor is installed.

Do you have underfloor heating? We assess the subfloor and advise which flooring system is suitable. Installation follows the requirements for the selected PVC, laminate or parquet floor.

Yes, when the selected flooring system is suitable. We inspect the subfloor and follow the flooring supplier’s installation instructions.
Do you also install skirting boards and transition profiles?
Yes. We install high skirting boards, cover strips and transition profiles as part of the agreed finish.
Can you also supply the floor and materials?
